About Me
As a third generation carpenter and builder, I take pride in the quality of my work and the skills that were passed on to me. My grandfather built homes, and my father was a union carpenter in the Boston area until his retirement. I followed in my father’s footsteps and completed my apprenticeship in the local carpenter’s union. I worked for a large company until the market changed in 2009, and then decided to venture out on my own. I’ve worked as a self-employed carpenter since then, taking on a variety of projects and working with a variety of materials. As a subcontractor, I assembled custom display cases for museums for several years. This allowed me to work with glass and steel, and to gain a new appreciation for precision in craftsmanship.
I currently live in Watertown with my wife and children. I’ve spent time remodeling my own home and creating spaces we can enjoy as a family. I look forward to helping clients create spaces that work for them.
I carry Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation policies.
